  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password provided during registration.
  • Business Information: Business name, business type, city, and Google My Business (GMB) profile link submitted by the User.
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction logs on our Platform.
  • Review Data: Star ratings selected by end customers, AI-generated review text, and edited text submitted through your QR review page.
  • Payment Information: Transaction details processed via Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account and business profile on the Platform.
  • To generate AI-powered review suggestions for your customers based on their selected star rating.
  • To generate QR codes linked to your business review page.
  • To provide AI-generated reply suggestions for reviews received on your GMB listing.
  • To process subscription payments and maintain billing records.
  • To send transactional communications including payment confirmations and subscription renewal notices.
  • To improve platform performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

  • Anthropic API: Review text and business context is transmitted to Anthropic's AI API solely to generate review suggestions and reply drafts. This data is used in real-time and is not stored by Anthropic for training purposes under our usage terms.
  • Razorpay: Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Their privacy policy governs the handling of financial information.
  • Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication and database services. Data is stored on Google's servers subject to Google's data processing terms.
  • Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
5. Google My Business & Third-Party Platforms
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: GMBBooster is an independent platform and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google LLC or Google My Business in any manner. All Google-related trademarks are the property of Google LLC.

Our Platform facilitates the generation of AI-suggested review text and redirects end-users to Google's review submission interface. We do not directly post, submit, or manipulate any reviews on Google's platforms. The act of submitting a review on Google is performed voluntarily by the end-user.

We do not collect or store Google account credentials of your customers at any point.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for the duration of your active subscription and for a period of 90 days following account termination, after which all data is permanently deleted from our servers. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required under applicable financial regulations.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or update your personal information via your dashboard.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing, subject to contractual obligations.
