Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the GMBBooster platform ("Platform") at gmbbooster.online, you ("User", "Client", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GMBBooster ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

GMBBooster provides the following services to registered business clients:

• QR Code Generation: A unique QR code is generated for your business. When scanned by a customer, it directs them to a GMBBooster-hosted review page specific to your business.
• AI Review Suggestion: Upon a customer selecting a star rating on the review page, our AI generates a suggested review text. The customer retains full control to edit, modify, or discard this suggestion before proceeding.
• Google Redirect: Upon the customer choosing to submit, the Platform copies the review text to the customer's clipboard and redirects the customer to Google's review submission page. The customer must independently paste the text and submit the review on Google's interface.
• AI Reply Assistant: Business owners may use the dashboard to generate AI-suggested replies to existing Google reviews. These replies are suggestions only and must be manually posted by the business owner on Google's platform.

By using this Platform, you agree and acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of GMBBooster complies with Google's Terms of Service, Google My Business policies, and any other applicable platform policies.
• You will not use this Platform to solicit, manufacture, or facilitate fake, fraudulent, incentivised, or otherwise inauthentic reviews in violation of Google's policies or applicable law.
• You will not misrepresent the nature of reviews generated through this Platform to your customers or any third party.
• You are responsible for the content of all reviews posted on Google through use of our Platform, including any edits made by customers to AI-generated suggestions.
• You will ensure that your business account on this Platform contains accurate and truthful information.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• If your Google My Business listing, Google account, or any associated Google product is suspended, restricted, penalised, removed, or otherwise adversely affected — whether as a result of your use of GMBBooster or for any other reason — GMBBooster shall bear absolutely no liability whatsoever.
• GMBBooster shall not be responsible for any loss of reviews, ratings, business visibility, revenue, or goodwill arising from any action taken by Google against your account or listing.
• Google reserves the right to remove any reviews it deems inauthentic or in violation of its policies, regardless of how those reviews were generated. GMBBooster has no control over Google's review moderation systems and shall not be held liable for any review removals.
• You use this Platform entirely at your own risk with respect to third-party platform policies including but not limited to Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Zomato.

GMBBooster operates on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis via Razorpay.
• All subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
• Failure to pay subscription fees will result in immediate suspension of your account and access to all Platform features.
• GMBBooster reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time, with 15 days' prior notice to registered users.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are issued.

The review suggestions and reply drafts generated by our AI are produced algorithmically and are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. GMBBooster makes no warranty that AI-generated content is:

• Accurate, complete, or factually correct with respect to any specific business experience.
• Compliant with Google's review policies or any other third-party platform's content guidelines.
• Free from errors, biases, or inappropriate content in all circumstances.

Users and customers are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before submission. GMBBooster disclaims all liability for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GMBBooster, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss.
• Actions taken by Google, Razorpay, Firebase, or any other third-party service provider.

In no event shall GMBBooster's total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content, design, code, branding, and features on the GMBBooster Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of GMBBooster. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

GMBBooster reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or misusing the Platform. No refund shall be issued upon termination for cause.

GMBBooster reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
